Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural 3D Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architectural design and visualization, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of 3D modelling software and rendering techniques. The Architectural 3D Visualizer will work closely with our design team to produce high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for various architectural & interior design projects.

Responsibilities:·        

• Concept Development, 3D modeling, Texturing, Lighting, and Rendering & Post Production to accurately represent design concepts based on CAD Furniture Layouts
• Create photorealistic 3D visualizations and renderings of Exteriors & Interior spaces using 3D modelling software such as 3Ds Max, Corona, V-Ray, D5, SketchUp Etc.
• Maintain a library of materials, textures, and assets for use in 3D visualizations and renderings.

Compensation & Other Benefits

• Salary Range: Up to 40k Based on Skill & Performance.
• Salary Review: Yearly
