I’m Mahmudul Gani Kanak, principal architect at Chinta Sthapatya. With a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Asia Pacific, I lead Chinta—a studio built on the philosophy of “Thinking”—where we explore architecture as an experience, designed to resonate deeply with its occupants.

Guiding a team of “Chintoks” (thinkers), I focus on projects that explore culture, memory, and identity through phenomenological design. Outside of work, I’m a father to my inquisitive son, Shuddho, whose curiosity inspires my belief that architecture is about more than structures; it’s about creating lasting experiences.
