Design Architect: ALI ZAWHOR SYED

As the front facade of the building is facing west, the building has been oriented to have depth in the  west elevation with green veranda.  
The building is structurally sound with share wall to protect the sway effect in earthquake. Raw fare face concrete and exposed brick has been used as materials for less maintenance of the building.
Green veranda has been placed on each elevation for sunlight protection during noon and afternoon hours.  Gym, swimming pool and other common facilities are placed on the rooftop.  Double unit, single unit and duplex in the top two floors have created different options of functional space in the entire apartment.
