This interior project transforms a large garments factory administration office into a dynamic hub of productivity and comfort, catering to diverse needs ranging from accounting and merchandising to top management functions. Spanning seven vertically stacked floors over thirty thousand square feet, the design adheres to LEED certification guidelines, prioritizing sustainability and efficiency.

Diverse Office Spaces: The complex encompasses multiple offices tailored for accounting, administrative staff, merchandising professionals, and top management, ensuring optimal functionality and workflow.
Buyer's Lounge: A dedicated lounge area provides a welcoming space for foreign buyers, fostering business relations and facilitating meetings in a comfortable environment.
Meeting Rooms & Showrooms: An array of meeting rooms and multiple buyers' showrooms facilitate seamless interactions and presentations, enhancing the business experience for both clients and staff.
Conference & Training Facilities: State-of-the-art conference and training facilities are integrated to support professional development and collaborative initiatives within the organization.
Healthcare & Daycare Facilities: A separate zone houses healthcare facilities and a children's daycare center, prioritizing the well-being of workers and their families.

Design Approach:
