7 STORIED FACTORY BUILDING WITH GUEST HOUSE FOR APEX FOOTWEAR LIMITED (UNIT-2)
This is a shoe factory design for apex footwear ltd. The complexity of the design of this factory were to arrange all the functions of Apex including leather, PU, insole and out sole production including a floor for accommodation of the higher management come from abroad. The site was relatively smaller in respect of the functions. As a result the factory needs to be designed as a 07 storied building following all the compliance issues. The inner space of the floor kept open with large span of column. The openings are treated according to the orientation of the building. Beside the office floor there is a double heighted outdoor space which is used as a mental refreshment space for users.  Last of all the building designed to ensure workers friendly environment which will help to enhance the efficiency of work and thus increase production.
